The SYO Coffee Rota

We are always very grateful for volunteers for rota duty as the more parents are on the rota, the fewer Saturday slots each person has to do. If you would be willing to be on the rota please e-mail me on fran_taylor mailcity com or you can phone me on 01909 478626. If there are any term time Saturdays you know you cannot do please let me know.

I aim to produce the rota and e-mail it to participants a few weeks before the start of each term so people can let me know if there are any problems. If things crop up which mean you can't do your slot on the rota you are welcome to arrange a swap with someone or let me know.

For reasons of child protection and health and safety, SYO Council has agreed that at least two adults will be present at each rehearsal. Please read the SYO Child Protection Policy which is on the notice board in the refreshment area.

Please arrive by 9.45am and be prepared to stay till 12.30pm. Each person should bring a pint of milk, a couple of packets of biscuits and a tea towel. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, squash and sugar should be in boxes kept in the orchestra cupboard. If more supplies are needed please contact me at the end of your session. Please leave areas clean and tidy. A vacuum cleaner is kept in the orchestra cupboard.

Free parking is available in the car park of the Provincial House offices at the top of Garden Street, last on the right, to avoid a parking ticket. Two parking permits are kept at the back of the orchestra register for the use of parents on their coffee rota morning. These must be displayed if you use the car park or you may get an £80 fine. The permits must also be returned to the back of the register at the end of the morning, so that they are available for use the following week. If you use a permit please put a ‘P’ next to your name in the signing in book at Croft House.
